Duas
38 dua pages, each sourced
Supplication is worship itself, as the Prophet ﷺ said — not a door knocked on only in hardship, but the connection itself.
Most of what circulates today as 'duas' are copied images with no known source, and some cannot be attributed to the Prophet ﷺ at all. So every supplication here carries its place in the Qur'an or its narrator in the books of Sunnah — and what we could not verify is not published, however widespread it may be.
Where a fabricated supplication has become famous, we say so plainly: staying silent leaves the reader to find it elsewhere with no warning.

The etiquette of supplication
- Begin with praise of Allah and salawat on His Prophet ﷺ, then ask.
- Seek out the moments of response: the last third of the night, prostration, between the adhan and iqamah, the hour on Friday, when rain falls, while travelling, and while fasting.
- Persist without haste, be certain of the answer, and keep your earnings lawful.
Common questions
What is the best dua?
The best is what comes in the Qur'an or is established from the Prophet ﷺ. The most comprehensive is 'Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.'
When is supplication answered?
Most strongly in the last third of the night, in prostration, between the adhan and iqamah, in the hour on Friday, when rain falls, and from a traveller, one fasting, and one wronged.
I supplicated and was not answered — why?
The Prophet ﷺ said no Muslim supplicates without sin or severing kinship except that Allah gives him one of three: the request itself, a reward stored for the Hereafter, or an equivalent evil turned away.
