حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
The Prophet ﷺ told Mu'adh when sending him to Yemen: 'Beware the supplication of the wronged, for there is no veil between it and Allah' (agreed upon). Note that he did not say 'the wronged Muslim' — injustice is raised to Allah from whoever suffers it.
He also said: 'Three supplications are answered without doubt: that of the wronged, that of the traveller, and that of a parent for his child' (at-Tirmidhi).
But there is an important caution: keep your supplication to the measure of the wrong done to you. Supplication is a mighty door, and whoever exceeds in it may find the matter turn against him. Better to ask Allah to restore your right and shield you from harm than to ask for ruin.
