Using Khalily

Khalily helps you — and, if you choose, one companion — track prayers and good habits. These Terms are the agreement between you and the makers of Khalily; by using the app or the website you accept them. Use Khalily for its intended, lawful purpose, and treat your khalil with the good character (ihsan) the app exists to nurture.

Who may use Khalily

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to use Khalily. If you are under the age of majority, use it with a parent or guardian's permission. Khalily is not directed at children under 13.

Religious content

Prayer times are calculated on your device from your location and a chosen method and are provided for convenience — please verify with your local mosque when in doubt. Khalily does not provide a Qibla compass or a live adhan call, and nothing in it is a fatwa. Qur'an, dhikr and hadith texts are reproduced from trusted sources (e.g. Sunnah.com, the King Fahd Complex Qur'an text) for remembrance, not as a substitute for scholarly guidance. If you spot an error in any religious text, please tell us — we take that seriously and correct it quickly.

Your content & conduct

Custom habit names, your notes and your progress are yours, and we claim no ownership of them. Anything you make public — your display name, @username, avatar and bio — must be respectful: no insults, no obscenity, no impersonation of another person or organisation, no misuse of sacred names, no advertising, and nothing unlawful or harmful to others. You grant us only the limited permission needed to display your public fields to other users and to store your data so the app works.

The leaderboard & fair play

The leaderboard is meant to encourage, not to be won. Log only what you actually did. Don't fabricate progress, script or automate the app, tamper with the app or its network traffic, run multiple accounts to inflate a rank, or otherwise game the scoring. If we find manipulated results we may reset the affected scores, badges and streak, remove the account from the leaderboard, or suspend it. Rankings, points, levels and rewards are recreational only — they carry no monetary or real-world value.

Achievements, levels & streaks

Badges, ranks, levels, XP and your streak are computed from your own records on your device and published to your profile so a visitor reads the same number you do. A streak counts only days you completed fully; excused days and marked travel days are neutral rather than breaking it. These are motivational features, not a record of account: we may add, rename, re-balance or retire badges, ranks and level thresholds as the app evolves, and we don't guarantee that a number will never be recalculated. Nothing here is a promise of a reward.

Pairing with a khalil

Pairing is optional and needs both people to agree: one shares an invite, the other accepts. While paired, each of you can see the other's name, avatar, city and today's completion — nothing more. Either of you can unpair at any time, and doing so stops the sharing immediately. Don't share an invite link publicly or with someone who hasn't asked for it, and don't use pairing to pressure, shame or harass anyone. Treat what your khalil shares with you as an amanah.

Coins & rewarded ads

Coins are a virtual in-app item used to open a shared day with your companion. They are granted (a welcome grant, or by choosing to watch a rewarded video) — they are not sold for money and cannot be bought. Coins have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone, and are non-refundable. They exist only inside your account: if your account is deleted, suspended, or the feature is discontinued, any remaining balance is forfeited without compensation. We may change the grants, prices and rules of the coin economy as the app evolves. Watching a rewarded video is always optional and always yours to decline; a Khalily Plus subscriber's shared days are free and need no coins at all.

Khalily Plus subscriptions

Khalily Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly; the exact price, currency and billing period are always shown before you buy). Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Where a free trial or introductory offer is available, it is stated on the paywall; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. You can manage or cancel at any time in your store's subscription settings — you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for, and payments already made are not refunded by us. Any refund is governed solely by Google Play / App Store policies and handled by them.

Plus is tied to the store account that bought it and to the Khalily account signed in at the time; "Restore purchases" on the paywall re-links it on a new device. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Khalily account does NOT cancel the subscription. If we change the price, you will be asked to consent through the store before it applies to you. The core spiritual features — prayers, adhkar, habits, Qur'an, tasbih — are always free.

Your account & deletion

You may use Khalily as a guest or sign in with Google/Apple. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account (or via khalily.online/delete-account) — deletion is immediate, irreversible, erases your history, badges, streak and coins, releases your @username for others, and does not cancel an active store subscription.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms — abusive public content, impersonation, manipulated scores, attacks on the service, or unlawful use — and we will try to be proportionate and to tell you why. You may stop using Khalily and delete your account at any time, for any reason. If we ever discontinue Khalily or a feature within it, we'll give reasonable notice in the app so you can save what matters to you.

Availability & your data

Khalily is offered as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind. We may update, change or pause features as the app evolves. Signed-in accounts get a cloud backup of the task list and of the daily Progress summaries, but the full detailed record lives on your device — so keep your own backups if something matters to you, and remember that uninstalling the app removes the on-device data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Khalily and its makers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app — including reliance on computed prayer times, a missed notification, or lost data — and our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and none of it affects the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

The app stores

You get Khalily through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and you must also follow their terms. This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple or Google: they do not operate Khalily and are not responsible for it or for its content, and they have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. On iOS, if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); beyond that refund, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any claim about the app — including product liability, a failure to meet a legal requirement, or a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual-property rights — is our responsibility, not theirs. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Khalily changes; the date at the top always tells you which version you're reading. For a material change we'll give notice in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use Khalily afterwards means you accept the new version. If you don't, you can delete your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute that cannot be settled amicably belongs to the competent Egyptian courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence, nor of the right to bring a claim before your local courts where that law gives it to you. Please write to us first — nearly everything is faster to fix by email than in a court.

استخدام خليلي

يساعدك خليلي — ورفيقًا واحدًا إن شئت — على متابعة الصلوات والعادات الصالحة. وهذه الشروط هي الاتفاق بينك وبين صانعي خليلي؛ وباستخدامك التطبيق أو الموقع تقبلها. فاستعمل خليلي لغرضه المشروع، وعامل خليلك بالإحسان الذي وُجد التطبيق لتنميته.

من يجوز له استخدام خليلي

يلزم أن تكون في الثالثة عشرة على الأقل (أو السنّ الأدنى للموافقة الرقمية في بلدك إن كان أعلى) لاستخدام خليلي. وإن كنت دون سنّ الرشد فاستخدمه بإذن وليّك. وخليلي غير موجّه لمن هم دون الثالثة عشرة.

المحتوى الديني

تُحسب مواقيت الصلاة على جهازك من موقعك وطريقة الحساب المختارة وتُقدَّم للتيسير — فيُرجى التأكد من مسجدك المحلي عند الشك. ولا يقدّم خليلي بوصلة قبلة ولا أذانًا مباشرًا، وليس فيه شيء بمنزلة الفتوى. ونصوص القرآن والأذكار والأحاديث منقولة من مصادر موثوقة (مثل Sunnah.com، ونصّ مجمع الملك فهد للمصحف) للتذكير، لا بديلًا عن توجيه أهل العلم. وإن رأيت خطأً في نص ديني فأخبرنا — فنحن نأخذ ذلك بجدّية ونصحّحه سريعًا.

محتواك وسلوكك

أسماء عاداتك المخصّصة وملاحظاتك وتقدّمك ملك لك، ولا ندّعي ملكيتها. وكل ما تجعله عامًّا — اسمك الظاهر واسم المستخدم وصورتك الرمزية ونبذتك — يجب أن يكون محترمًا: لا سبّ، ولا فحش، ولا انتحال شخصية أو جهة، ولا امتهان للأسماء المقدّسة، ولا إعلان، ولا شيء مخالف للقانون أو ضارّ بالآخرين. وأنت تمنحنا فقط الإذن المحدود اللازم لعرض حقولك العامة لسائر المستخدمين ولحفظ بياناتك كي يعمل التطبيق.

المتنافسون والمنافسة النزيهة

لوحة المتنافسين للتشجيع لا للغَلَبة. فسجّل ما فعلته حقًّا وحده. ولا تختلق تقدّمًا، ولا تُبرمج التطبيق أو تُؤتمته، ولا تعبث به ولا بحركة شبكته، ولا تنشئ حسابات متعدّدة لتضخيم ترتيب، ولا تتحايل على النقاط بغير ذلك. وإن وجدنا نتائج متلاعبًا بها فلنا أن نصفّر النقاط والأوسمة والسلسلة المتأثّرة، أو نُخرج الحساب من اللوحة، أو نوقفه. والترتيب والنقاط والمستويات والمكافآت للترفيه فقط، لا قيمة مالية لها ولا واقعية.

الإنجازات والمستويات والسلاسل

الأوسمة والرتب والمستويات ونقاط الخبرة وسلسلتك تُحسب من سجلّك أنت على جهازك وتُنشر إلى ملفك ليقرأ الزائر الرقم نفسه الذي تقرؤه. والسلسلة لا تعدّ إلا الأيام التي أتممتها كاملة؛ وأيام العذر وأيام السفر المعلَّمة محايدة لا تقطعها. وهذه ميزات تحفيزية لا سجلّ حسابي: فلنا أن نضيف الأوسمة والرتب وعتبات المستويات أو نعيد تسميتها أو موازنتها أو نتقاعد بها مع تطوّر التطبيق، ولا نضمن ألّا يُعاد حساب رقم. وليس في هذا وعدٌ بمكافأة.

الاقتران بخليل

الاقتران اختياري ويحتاج رضا الطرفين: أحدهما يشارك دعوة والآخر يقبل. وما دمتما مقترنَين يرى كلٌّ منكما اسم الآخر وصورته ومدينته وإتمامه اليوم — لا أكثر. ولأيٍّ منكما فكّ الاقتران في أي وقت، فتتوقف المشاركة فورًا. ولا تنشر رابط الدعوة علنًا ولا ترسله لمن لم يطلبه، ولا تستخدم الاقتران للضغط أو التعيير أو المضايقة. واعتبر ما يطلعك عليه خليلك أمانة.

العملات والإعلانات بمكافأة

العملات عنصر افتراضي داخل التطبيق يُفتح به يومٌ مشترك مع رفيقك. وتُمنح منحًا (منحة ترحيب، أو باختيارك مشاهدة مقطع بمكافأة) — ولا تُباع بمال ولا يمكن شراؤها. ولا قيمة نقدية للعملات، وليست ملكًا لك، ولا تُبدَّل نقدًا ولا تُنقل إلى أحد، ولا تُستردّ. ووجودها داخل حسابك وحده: فإن حُذف حسابك أو أُوقف أو أُلغيت الميزة سقط ما تبقّى من رصيد دون تعويض. ولنا أن نغيّر المنح والأسعار وقواعد اقتصاد العملات مع تطوّر التطبيق. ومشاهدة المقطع بمكافأة اختيارية دائمًا ولك ردّها دائمًا؛ أما أيام مشترك «خليلي بلس» المشتركة فمجانية ولا تحتاج عملات أصلًا.

اشتراكات خليلي بلس

«خليلي بلس» اشتراك اختياري متجدد تلقائيًا (شهري أو سنوي؛ ويُعرض السعر الدقيق والعملة ومدة الفوترة دائمًا قبل الشراء). ويُحصَّل المبلغ من حسابك في Google Play أو App Store عند تأكيد الشراء، ويتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا للمدة والسعر نفسيهما ما لم تلغِه قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل. ويُخصم مبلغ التجديد خلال الأربع والعشرين ساعة السابقة لنهاية الفترة.

وحيث تتوفّر تجربة مجانية أو عرض تمهيدي فهو مبيَّن في صفحة الاشتراك؛ ويسقط ما لم يُستعمل من التجربة المجانية عند شرائك اشتراكًا. ويمكنك الإدارة أو الإلغاء في أي وقت من إعدادات الاشتراكات في متجرك — وتحتفظ بمزايا «بلس» حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، ولا نُعيد المبالغ المدفوعة. وأي استرداد تحكمه سياسات Google Play / App Store وحدها وتتولاه المتاجر.

و«بلس» مرتبط بحساب المتجر الذي اشتراه وبحساب خليلي المسجَّل حينها؛ و«استعادة المشتريات» في صفحة الاشتراك تعيد ربطه على جهاز جديد. وإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق أو حذف حساب خليلي لا يلغي الاشتراك. وإن غيّرنا السعر فستُسأل موافقتك عبر المتجر قبل سريانه عليك. أما الميزات الروحية الأساسية — الصلوات والأذكار والعادات والقرآن والتسبيح — فمجانية دائمًا.

حسابك وحذفه

يمكنك استخدام خليلي كضيف أو بتسجيل الدخول عبر Google/Apple، وأنت مسؤول عمّا يجري عبر حسابك وعن تأمين جهازك. ويمكنك حذف حسابك نهائيًا في أي وقت من «حسابي ← حذف الحساب» (أو عبر khalily.online/delete-account) — الحذف فوري ولا رجعة فيه، ويمحو تاريخك وأوسمتك وسلسلتك وعملاتك، ويُتيح اسم المستخدم لغيرك، ولا يلغي اشتراكًا نشطًا في المتجر.

الإيقاف وإنهاء الخدمة

لنا أن نوقف حسابًا أو نغلقه إذا خالف هذه الشروط — محتوى عام مسيء، أو انتحال شخصية، أو نقاط متلاعب بها، أو اعتداء على الخدمة، أو استخدام مخالف للقانون — وسنجتهد أن يكون ذلك متناسبًا وأن نبيّن لك السبب. ولك أن تكفّ عن استخدام خليلي وتحذف حسابك في أي وقت ولأي سبب. وإن أوقفنا خليلي يومًا أو ميزةً فيه، أعطينا مهلة معقولة داخل التطبيق لتحفظ ما يهمّك.

التوافر وبياناتك

يُقدَّم خليلي كما هو وبحسب توافره، دون أي ضمان. وقد نُحدّث الميزات أو نغيّرها أو نوقفها مؤقتًا مع تطوّر التطبيق. وتحصل الحسابات المسجّلة على نسخة سحابية من قائمة المهام ومن ملخّصات التقدّم اليومية، أما السجل الكامل المفصّل فيبقى على جهازك — فاحتفظ بنُسخك الخاصة إن كان شيءٌ يهمّك، واعلم أن إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق يزيل البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز.

حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل خليلي وصانعوه مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدام التطبيق — بما في ذلك الاعتماد على المواقيت المحسوبة، أو فوات تنبيه، أو فقدان بيانات — ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة ما دفعته لنا في الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة لنشوئها. وليس في هذا ما يحدّ من مسؤولية لا يجوز قانونًا تحديدها، ولا ما يمسّ حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية المقرّرة لك في بلدك.

متاجر التطبيقات

تحصل على خليلي عبر App Store من Apple أو Google Play، وعليك أيضًا التزام شروطهما. وهذا الاتفاق بينك وبيننا لا مع Apple ولا Google: فهما لا تشغّلان خليلي ولا تتحمّلان مسؤوليته ولا مسؤولية محتواه، ولا يقع عليهما التزام بتقديم دعم له أو صيانة. وعلى نظام iOS، إن أخلّ التطبيق بأي ضمان واجب فلك إخطار Apple، وتردّ Apple ثمن الشراء (إن وُجد)؛ وليس عليها وراء هذا الردّ أي التزام ضمان آخر. وأي مطالبة تتعلق بالتطبيق — بما فيها المسؤولية عن المنتج، أو الإخلال بمتطلَّب قانوني، أو ادّعاء طرف ثالث بانتهاك حقوق ملكية فكرية — تقع علينا لا عليهما. وتُقرّ بأنك لست في بلد يخضع لحظر من الحكومة الأمريكية أو مصنَّف داعمًا للإرهاب، وأنك لست مدرجًا في أي قائمة أطراف محظورة أو مقيَّدة لدى الحكومة الأمريكية. وApple وشركاتها التابعة مستفيدون من الغير بموجب هذه الشروط ولهم إنفاذها تجاهك.

تغييرات هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تغيّر خليلي؛ والتاريخ في أعلاها يخبرك دائمًا أيّ نسخة تقرأ. وعند تغيير جوهري نُشعرك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه، ومواصلتك استخدام خليلي بعده قبولٌ للنسخة الجديدة. وإن لم تقبل فيمكنك حذف حسابك.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وما لا يُحلّ منها وُدًّا فمرجعه المحاكم المصرية المختصة. وإن كنت مستهلكًا فلا يحرمك ذلك من حماية القانون الآمر في بلد إقامتك، ولا من حق رفع الدعوى أمام محاكمك المحلية حيث يمنحك ذلك القانون هذا الحق. ونرجو مراسلتنا أولًا — فأغلب كل شيء يُصلَح بالبريد أسرع مما يُصلَح في المحاكم.
