Delete your Khalily account

Permanent removal of your account and data

The fastest way — inside the app

  1. Open Khalily → Profile (حسابي) tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom → tap Delete account.
  3. Review what will be erased, type the confirmation word, and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It works for guest profiles and signed-in (Google / Apple) accounts alike.

No access to the app? Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] from any address, including:

  • your @username in Khalily, or
  • the Google/Apple email you signed in with.

We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days, with a confirmation reply.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and @username (released for others to claim)
  • Cloud backup of your tasks, and your entire Progress history (the per-day summaries behind the year heatmap and prayer ledger)
  • All leaderboard scores, ranks and public profile
  • Badges, level, XP and streak
  • Coin balance and companion (pairing) links
  • Your device's notification token
  • Sign-in association (hashed email)

What is kept

  • Purchase/transaction audit records — retained as required for financial/legal compliance. They contain no worship data.

Important: subscriptions are separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Khalily Plus subscription, and no refund is issued for the current period. Cancel it in your store first:

After cancelling, you keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
