Our Lord, forgive us our sins
رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الْأَبْرَارِ
Rabbana faghfir lana dhunubana wa kaffir 'anna sayyi'atina wa tawaffana ma'a-l-abrar.
Our Lord, forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and cause us to die among the righteous.

When is it said?
This is a supplication from the Qur'an, and it has no appointed time — it may be said in any state. The most hopeful places for supplication are in prostration, at the end of the night, between the adhan and the iqamah, and after the obligatory prayers.
