Completing the hundred
لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
La ilaha illa-llahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu-l-mulku wa lahu-l-hamdu wa Huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir.
There is no deity but Allah alone, without partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is over all things competent.

لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير
Virtue: His sins are forgiven though they be like the foam of the sea.
When is it said?
These are said immediately after the salam of every obligatory prayer, before you stand up from where you prayed. The prayer itself is the reminder, so nothing else has to remind you.
