Our Lord, You encompass all things in mercy
رَبَّنَا وَسِعْتَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ رَحْمَةً وَعِلْمًا فَاغْفِرْ لِلَّذِينَ تَابُوا وَاتَّبَعُوا سَبِيلَكَ وَقِهِمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ
Rabbana wasi'ta kulla shay'in rahmatan wa 'ilman faghfir lilladhina tabu wattaba'u sabilaka wa qihim 'adhaba-l-jahim.
Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire.

Virtue: The supplication of the angels who bear the Throne, for the believers.
When is it said?
This is a supplication from the Qur'an, and it has no appointed time — it may be said in any state. The most hopeful places for supplication are in prostration, at the end of the night, between the adhan and the iqamah, and after the obligatory prayers.
