Sulayman (peace be upon him) for a kingdom
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَهَبْ لِي مُلْكًا لَا يَنْبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ بَعْدِي ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ
Rabbi-ghfir li wa hab li mulkan la yanbaghi li-ahadin min ba'di, innaka anta-l-Wahhab.
My Lord, forgive me and grant me a kingdom such as will not belong to anyone after me. Indeed, You are the Bestower.

When is it said?
A supplication made by one of the Prophets of Allah. It has no appointed time and may be said in any state — and most fittingly in a situation resembling the one it was said in.
