The supplication of Ibrahim (peace be upon him)
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
Rabbi-j'alni muqima-s-salati wa min dhurriyyati, Rabbana wa taqabbal du'a'. Rabbana-ghfir li wa li-walidayya wa lil-mu'minina yawma yaqumu-l-hisab.
My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication. Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.

When is it said?
A supplication made by one of the Prophets of Allah. It has no appointed time and may be said in any state — and most fittingly in a situation resembling the one it was said in.
