Musa (peace be upon him) for himself and his brother
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِأَخِي وَأَدْخِلْنَا فِي رَحْمَتِكَ ۖ وَأَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Rabbi-ghfir li wa li-akhi wa adkhilna fi rahmatik, wa anta arhamu-r-rahimin.
My Lord, forgive me and my brother and admit us into Your mercy, for You are the most merciful of the merciful.

When is it said?
A supplication made by one of the Prophets of Allah. It has no appointed time and may be said in any state — and most fittingly in a situation resembling the one it was said in.
