O Allah, whatever blessing I have…
اللَّهُمَّ مَا أَصْبَحَ بِي مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ أَوْ بِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ فَمِنْكَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ، فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ وَلَكَ الشُّكْرُ
Allahumma ma asbaha bi min ni'matin aw bi-ahadin min khalqika faminka wahdaka la sharika lak, falaka-l-hamdu wa laka-sh-shukr.
O Allah, whatever blessing has come to me or to any of Your creation this morning is from You alone, without partner, so to You is all praise and all thanks.

When is it said?
The morning adhkar are said from dawn until the sun has risen, and best of all immediately after the Fajr prayer, before you leave the place where you prayed. If the window passes, say them when you remember — adhkar are not like obligatory prayers, which are not valid outside their time.
