سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ (٣٣)، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ (٣٣)، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ (٣٤)
Subhanallah (×33), walhamdulillah (×33), wallahu akbar (×34)
Glory be to Allah (33 times), all praise is for Allah (33 times), and Allah is the Greatest (34 times).

Virtue: The Prophet ﷺ taught it to Fatimah and Ali, saying: "It is better for you than a servant."
When is it said?
The adhkar of sleep are said on taking to your bed, after you have lain down and before sleep overtakes you. Someone who says them and then wakes in the night does not repeat them.
