اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ
Allahumma qini 'adhabaka yawma tab'athu 'ibadak
O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants. (Said placing the right hand under the cheek.)

When is it said?
The adhkar of sleep are said on taking to your bed, after you have lain down and before sleep overtakes you. Someone who says them and then wakes in the night does not repeat them.
