The perfect words of Allah
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
A'udhu bi kalimati-llahi-ttammah, min kulli shaytanin wa hammah, wa min kulli 'aynin lammah
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and poisonous creature, and from every envious evil eye.

أعوذ بكلمات الله التامة، من كل شيطان وهامة، ومن كل عين لامة
Virtue: The Prophet ﷺ would seek refuge with it for al-Hasan and al-Husayn.
When is it said?
Ruqyah is recited over oneself or over someone who is ill, and repeated as the need requires. Blowing lightly into the hands afterwards and wiping them over the body is established from his ﷺ practice.
